I Am Not Your Negro

Essential viewing:

In his new film, director Raoul Peck envisions the book James Baldwin never finished – a radical narration about race in America, using the writer’s original words. He draws upon James Baldwin’s notes on the lives and assassinations of Medgar Evers, Malcolm X, and Martin Luther King Jr. to explore and bring a fresh and radical perspective to the current racial narrative in America.

“One of the best movies you are likely to see this year.”

Negroes were brought to the USA by rich landowners for bargain bin labour on plantations. The Democrats and the KKK profited and fostered racial division in society for a hell of a long time, while Republicans fought to emancipate them. Lyndon Johnson was scared of his own Dem senators and congressmen as late as the 1960s in the advancement of civil rights, opposed by many poor whites who were whipped up by things like the Crow laws into feeling threatened as it is.

These days, Dems and leftists continue to exploit and divide, with more racism like affirmative action, white guilt mongering and demonisation of their own ‘hillbillies’. They did such a good job that mainstream right politics in the USA have also been somewhat polluted, for which whites are blamed and leftists are the justice heores. Blacks themselves now live in poverty in places like Detroit, ruled by Dems with still no idea what life’s about beyond dogma.

America’s race relations history is a sickening lesson in how blacks and whites alike have been used as dupes by leftists and old-time exploitative landowners for their own profits. And the game is still played when some black hoodlum is shot by a white cop, to whip up a race storm, when leftists ignore the fact that white hoodlums are shot by black cops way more often.

It was the Spanish and Portuguese that started all this then England and then the British. The USA should offer repatriation to the Negro. I am sure they will in their millions queue to leave for a better life in Africa.

Moreso than just the ‘Spanish’ or the ‘British’ – the likes of rogue tycoons in league with ruling intellectual classes, the very political ancestors of today’s ruling PC cliques!

No wonder the left always tell the rest of us to check our privilege and stuff! Their offices are way closer than anybody’s to exploitation, of any worker! They just want to deflect the embarrassment!

      • Mick said,

And I wasn’t thinking of repatriation so much. Politics works on outlook, and there’s one hell of a pool of people from the ethnic minorities who aren’t crackers, like the left.

The Left just think that playing to colour ensures their acceptance by docile ethnic minorities. More votes for conservatives come when such crap is debunked.

Jim, can you do everyone a favour and just ban these weirdos from the comments?

It’s becoming like Waiting for Godot set in a mental hospital for ranting alt-rightists in here, and killing the fuck out of intelligent discourse.

(Yes, yes, I know, freeze peach, etc., but they’re boring as fuck, and going on about “repatriation of the negro” and black hoodlums”).

    • Mick said,

The intolerant left. They make freedom what it is today!

        Silence, you utter twat-spanner.
