Message from Hope Not Hate

June 1, 2013 at 8:36 am (anti-fascism, Anti-Racism, solidarity)

Hope Not Hate
Jim, .
The HOPE Not Hate community — you guys — are incredible. Yesterday, more than 36,000 people signed the pro-hope, anti-EDL letter published in today’s Daily Mirror. THANK YOU. (That number includes your name, Jim.)
But today is the day that counts. Today, there will be racist marches across Britain. We must, must make our voices louder than the ignorant hatemongers out on the streets. Their intolerant Britain is not our Britain. We are the many.
There are four things you can do right now to stand in solidarity with us. I’ve done them myself, and they take all of a few minutes. They matter. Will you do as many as you can?

1. Speak out on on Twitter
Tweet this message:

The EDL are marching today, but they don’t speak for Britain — or for me. Unite with us against hate: http://bit.ly/17aTVpX #WeAreTheMany

2. Speak out on Facebook
Share our graphic:

Facebook graphic: Today the EDL march for hate. They do not speak for Britain. They do not speak for me.

3. Stand in solidarity: change your Facebook or Twitter profile picture

First, right click the image below and choose “save as”.

#WeAreTheMany

4. Finally: please forward this email to as many people as possible!

You reached the end and did them all! You’re amazing — thank you.

I didn’t realise that it was the EDL that beheaded Drummer Riley in Woolwich. Thanks for clearing that up.

A lot of Labour movement people now support Hope not Hate and not, well, ‘other’ groups.

Mrrs Sewer, Glasgow and the like,

you know you can still leave comments on Osler’s site. It’s the best o all worlds, really. As the comments can be written, submitted, will be shown in the number of comments per article, yet will not be published for anyone else to read. You can get it off your chest yet nobody else will have to read your ‘nighttime soil’.

And you won’t have to turn this blog into the cesspit, I mean sewer, you created over there.

Tally-ho. and now fuck off. But you’re probably on an EDL march anyway today. Maybe they have an “ex-IMG section” for you to join?

    Best wishes and all that

How was it in the IMG? Close to each other aren’t they, Vietnam for the Vietnamese and Britain for the British? Support for the Vietkong all went wrong?

    • Jimmy Glesga said,

The thing about badgers is they do not carry out decapitations, suicide bombings, hand cutting and various other crimes against humanity for religious clap trap. Save the badger get rid of Islam.
