The tabloids and Griffin: having it all ways
I don’t know how many readers of this blog also read the Express, the Star (Daily, not Morning), the Sun or the Mail: somehow I suspect, not very many.
Well, over in tabloid-land they’ve been getting their knickers into a right old twist over Nazi N ick’s appearance on Question Time: as far as I can follow, the Express, Star and Mail all seem to be saying that:
1/ Nazi Nick shouldn’t have been allowed onto Question Time in the first place;
2/ It’s a disgrace that he was subjected to a “lynch -mob” (perhaps not the best term to have used, given Griffin’s defence of the KKK) and not given a fair hearing…
Oh well, consistency never was the tabloids’ strong point…

Tabloid hypocrisy over Nazi Nick is brilliantly exposed here.

I don’t read the tabloids but I glanced at the headlines on Friday & it was stuff like Question Slime and Nazi Nick and Nick’s wife says he’s crap and they were giving him a rough ride. That was Friday of course. Any chance to beat up the BBC.
