I also notice that the brilliant and often hilarious ‘Olly’s Onions’ seems to have gone quiet, the last posting being on August 20th – a Youtube video of Wes Montgomery playing “Round Midnight”…

Reliably? Who was it then that informed you ‘reliably’? Because they were talking out of their arse … down a big long tube … filled with spiders and stuff … with knobs on. Not true — nothing to do with being fed up with ‘commenters’. But now isn’t the time for you to start letting the truth get in the way of a ‘good’ story.

Whatever the reason, tis a crying shame – twas a nugget of gold in an ocean of shite. The fact of the matter is that because the “bloggosphere” is such a stinking shithole, the only acceptable form of blog is the “anti-blog” – the complete negation of all blogging convention (the arselicking, the whoring etc). Anti blogs do tend to eat themselves though it seems (trots, rubbish, hak, animadverts etc).
